Talk about the moment you realised there was potential in your idea.

What market opportunity did you discover?

Audiences love hearing about early wins, especially when they feel relatable or unexpected.

By sharing these, you show your brand’s humanity and progress, giving people hope and inspiration.

It’s a great way to show your audience that success comes from perseverance.


Three: The Challenges 

Be transparent about the internal and external struggles you faced.

Every brand has hurdles, and being open about them allows your audience to connect with your journey on a deeper level.

They see you as a relatable brand, not just a polished entity.

People appreciate honesty, and sharing challenges builds trust, showing your resilience.


Four: How You Overcame Them

This is where you become the hero of your own story.

Share the pivotal moment that changed everything—whether it was an aha moment, a shift in strategy, or external help.

Audiences love a comeback story, and showing how you overcame adversity demonstrates your strength and tenacity.

It also sets you up as a trusted guide who has been through the trenches and can now offer wisdom.


Five: The Transformation

Showcase the results of your journey and how far you’ve come.

You can also add a forward-looking note about what’s next on your horizon, inviting them to continue on the journey with you.
